We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase on every package tier. Opened jars are covered — the guarantee is designed around biology, not around sealing tape.
Email support@gelagenz.com within 60 days of purchase with your order number. We reply within two working days with the return address. Post the jars back (opened and/or sealed), and the product price is refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. On the 2-jar tier, the original outbound shipping charge is not part of the product-price refund. No restocking fee.
